Let's SOAR in 2018!

SOAR – it’s my official word for 2018, and it came about while I was dreaming big about what I want to accomplish this year. I give credit to Chris Guillebeau, and his 2018 annual review toolkit, for helping me come up with this word. The toolkit helps establish bold, specific, and measurable goals to make your New Year's resolutions a reality. If you’re looking to make big shifts in your life over the next 12 months, Chris' 2018 annual review toolkit can help.

When it comes to my 2018 business goals, I remain committed to delivering the most inspirational, actionable, and relevant content packed with valuable guidance supporting you when it comes to cultivating workplace cultures of belonging. Whether you are running your own business, or looking to help transform your employer’s workplace, I want you to consider me as your “go-to” resource. Through my blogfree webinarslive events, and podcast episodes, you can inspire your colleagues and stakeholders to bring their whole selves to work.

The New Year also offers a number of exciting ways you can work with me 1:1, through several coaching and consulting opportunities such as:

  • Webinar: The Power & Pitfalls of AI. On Wednesday, January 31 at 12 pm PT/3 pm ET, I’ll be co-facilitating a webinar for the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) with my friend and colleague Bernadette Smith. The webinar focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and an organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion ethos. Please note that this webinar is offered through IHRIM, and there is a modest fee for non-members to participate. To learn more about about the webinar, please visit IHRIM's website here.

  • Coaching: Inclusion Boot Camp. Back by popular demand, I am offering 5 inclusion coaching packages for executives, HR, and diversity professionals seeking custom guidance to cultivate workplace cultures of belonging. The inclusion coaching package is a 6-month engagement where we will work together to clarify you DEI ethos, identify leaders within the organization who can help manifest your vision, identify tools to assess your current workplace climate, and design an implementation and sustainability strategy to set your organization up for success. To learn more, schedule a free 15 minute laser coaching session today.

  • E-Learning: LGBTQ A-Z Mentorship Program. This March, consider joining a growing network of executive, human resources, and diversity professionals who are alums of the LGBTQ A-Z Certification Program. The program offers individual and group mentorship for professionals who desire to transform their workplaces into ones that are more inclusive of LGBTQ people. With a proven system, participants learn how to eliminate overwhelm and confusion by clarifying the basics of what's required to manage and sustain culture change initiatives. The next offering of this program kicks off on Monday, March 5. Save your seat by enrolling today.

As I continue to build a purpose-driven business designed to make it easier for professionals to bring their whole selves to work, I am eager to learn more about the specific challenges you are looking to address, and how I can offer support or guidance. I encourage you to send a quick email letting me know how I can help.
