Happy New Year! For many of us, this is a time of year where we make resolutions…and for those of us who have resolved to build a more inclusive organization, I’m pleased to share that the RPC Team has developed the 30-Day Belonging Challenge to help you make 2019 the Year of Belonging.

The program is a virtual coaching experience where you will spend 5 minutes tops each day implementing some of the ideas and concepts featured in my new book, Belonging At Work. If you haven’t yet read the book, this program is a great way to get acquainted with some of the best content in partnership with me.

Throughout this challenge, we will work together, day-by-day, step-by-step, to move forward and embrace some of the strategies into your own life and organization. The learning experience connects you with colleagues across different sectors and organizations empowering you to learn with peer support.

Considering resolutions are hard to keep, why not have a support from likeminded, people oriented professionals, and gain mentorship from me? With this level of support, your resolutions will yield the results you desire. Consider the 30 Day Belonging Challenge as a guide through the process and a step in the right direction to making your inclusion resolutions a reality this year.

The challenge begins Friday February 1st! Over the course of the month, you will have the opportunity engage in self-education activities to help you understand the importance of belonging at work, guidance on how to communicate this importance to your colleagues, and tips on how to actively serve as a belonging ambassador.

So what are you waiting for? Enroll today, encourage a friend or a colleague to join you, and together let’s grow the #BelongingMovement!
