It is usually most impactful for exactly that leader. Somatics is not mysticism—it is practical work with the biofeedback your body is already sending your brain during every hard conversation. If you have ever left a meeting knowing something was off before you could explain why, you already have the raw material. This teaches you to read it on purpose.

Presence is not a soft outcome. Leaders who can regulate under pressure make cleaner decisions, hold difficult conversations sooner, and build the psychological safety that lets teams surface problems while they are still small. The practices are designed to move from your body into your calendar—the meeting you run differently on Tuesday is the deliverable.

Cohorts are deliberately small and governed by clear agreements set in week one. Nothing shared in a session leaves the room, recordings are for participants only, and private coaching conversations are confidential. Many participants are executives navigating transitions they are not yet discussing inside their own organizations.

The practices are short by design — most take under ten minutes and are meant to be layered into the day you already have, not added on top of it. The point of this work is to stop leaking energy into performance and armor. Leaders typically report ending the cohort with more capacity than they started with, not less.

Every live cohort session is recorded and posted for participants, and the self-paced curriculum is yours to move through on your own schedule. Come to what you can; the practice does not require perfect attendance.

No. This is somatic leadership coaching and education, not clinical treatment. The work is oriented toward how you lead—presence, decisions, relationships, culture. Rhodes will name it directly if something surfacing for you belongs in a therapeutic setting instead.
