Established in 2015, RPC was created to address an emerging need – equipping leaders with the skills and confidence to cultivate workplace cultures of belonging for underserved stakeholders, centered around the experiences of LGBTQ people. While many of the nation’s leading Fortune 100 companies embrace LGBTQ diversity, equity, and inclusion values, significant gaps between boardroom policies and everyday practices remain. These gaps impede workforce productivity, innovation, and the bottom-line. RPC exists to address these gaps by coaching leaders, offering inclusion consulting solutions, and speaking with key stakeholders through keynotes, workshops, and trainings all with an eye to cultivate more inclusive workplaces where each stakeholder knows that they belong.
