Big announcement! My consulting firm is hosting the inaugural Belonging at Work Online Summit taking place October 7 – 11, 2019, and we hope to see you there. The Summit has two primary goals. The first, create an accessible learning experience where leaders, visionaries and change agents come together to network and support one other no matter their physical location. The second, equip participants with the confidence, knowledge, and strategies necessary to build intentional, inclusive workplace cultures where each person on the team is recognized, valued and feels a sense of belonging.
Leading up to the big event, we’ll be rolling out a 5-part blog series dedicated to exploring some of the Summit’s core themes. These themes include:
