Established in 2015, RPC was created to address an emerging need – equipping leaders with the skills and confidence to innovate solutions to the most complex LGBTQ diversity & inclusion workforce development and service delivery challenges. While many of the nation’s leading Fortune 100 companies embrace LGBTQ diversity and inclusion management strategies, significant gaps still exist that impede workforce productivity, adversely impacting service delivery and market share opportunities. RPC exists to address these gaps by coaching leaders, building coalition, and implementing strategic management solutions that will build a more diverse and inclusive global community.
